You’ve probably encountered a rude person or two. Whether it’s a neighbor who’s having a bad day or a cashier at your favorite store, rudeness is sure to happen at some point.
However, Lifestyle Magazine released its list of the rudest states in 2020. To get it organized, it focused on indicators from various surveys. That way, it had plenty of information to go on.
From that list, here are the 25 rudest states in the nation. Some might have unfriendly people, bad drivers, or use impolite behavior. Regardless, you can find out which ones they are and avoid them.

Of the 50 states, Nevada finds itself in the middle when focused on rude behavior. However, it’s still considered an unfriendly state to have to deal with. Since Las Vegas is in the state, it’s easy to see how it could be ranked so highly as being rude because of the visitors and tourists.

Ultimately, Las Vegas is reputably the rudest city in the state. This probably has something to do with the high population and all the tourists who visit every day. The Las Vegas Strip is highly unpredictable; some people might tip large amounts, and others could throw beer at you.
