The Beverly Hillbillies went around in a 1921 Oldsmobile Roadster Truck. This truck was quite famous and got donated to a museum for the Bicentennial celebrations in 1976. It was shipped overseas to England for a few European episodes!

Before Buddy’s portrayal of Jed Clampett, this actor worked with Judy Garland and Shirley Temple. He was to be the scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz, but then Ray Bolger got the part, and Ebsen played Tin Man.
