Not Brushing Long Enough
Many of us don’t know the proper amount of time that we need to be brushing our teeth, or actually, we might not be aware of the fact that our brushing routine is not long enough. We’ve all heard that we should brush our teeth for two minutes, but how many of us are actually timing it? Not brushing long enough can cause gingivitis, plaque accumulation, and more.
How many times do you use your towel before tossing it into the laundry? Of course, it’s okay to reuse the towel a few times, but it should be washed pretty regularly. Once a week is not really often enough, as moisture in the bunched up towel is a perfect breeding ground for bacteria, which is definitely not an ideal thing to wrap our body with. Try to dry off your towel as best as possible in between uses as well.
