These neighbors decided that it was time to let this person know that their bathroom’s one way frosted glass was not installed properly, and that everyone was getting a little too much of a public show. At least they let them know so it could be fixed.

When an angry neighbor left this note, this person decided that they would post a “free dandelions” sign in order to address the issue. Maybe that’s not what the complaining neighbor wanted, but to be fair, “do something” is not very specific in the first place.
