Immediately, Martha began scanning Holly’s face in order to try to recognize whether she could be her long lost daughter. As she examined her face, the more sure she felt that it must be her. She even felt her motherly instinct take over, and she knew in her gut that this woman had to be her daughter, even if she had not seen her in many years.

She knew that she would have to explain her strange demeanor to everyone else, but she also thought about the fact that she needed concrete evidence before blurting out her theory. How would she explain it all? She needed to tell her that she had been searching for her for years. Martha wasn’t sure what the right thing to do was, but she knew she had to figure it out quickly.
