Definitely, the most memorable scene in Reservoir Dogs has to be when Michael Madsen as Mr. Blonde chops off Nash’s ear. The line, “Can you hear that?” along with the iconic dancing and witty retorts was simply improvised by Madsen. Yes, even talking into the ear! Amazing!

With such a talented cast, it’s no wonder lines and moments in the Harry Potter films were invented by the cast themselves. To take you to one particular moment, in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, Ralph Fiennes totally went off script for his big final speech as Lord Voldemort. Apparently, Fiennes was altering his big speech each rehearsal to generate different but authentic reactions from his cast mates each time.
