Did you know that Eddie Murphy was offered the role of James Carter role in the hit film Rush Hour? He declined the role in order to act in the film Holy Man instead. That film ended up being quite a flop, while Rush Hour ended up a smash with a sequel film as well, with Chris Tucker playing the role of James Carter.
