Better known as Bibi Andersen, this Spanish actress and model is best known for her roles in Rowing with the Wind, Matador, and Law of Desire. She transitioned in 1991 and legally changed her name three years later. She was married to Cuban model Asdrúbal Ametller.

Marie Pierre Pruvot was born in Algeria in 1935 and from early on knew that she would have a career on stage. She worked as a showgirl for nearly 20 years and often made appearances in documentaries on gender and performance. She appeared in the documentary Bibi about her life.
