Alright, we know this is an exception to the other big-time winners, but we had to include Nancy Zerg. Why, you may be asking yourself considering she only won $15,401 on her one-day run. Well, this victory was especially important because she beat the famous Jeopardy! champ, Ken Jennings! Even though it was really exciting for her, she remembers how hard it was to film the show, but go home and have to stay quiet for three months. She laughed about her winnings, saying she needed a new washer and dryer.

Back in October 2016, PhD candidate, Seth Wilson won a total of $265,002 over 12 games. He said his plans were to use the money to pay off student loans and also take a trip to Europe. Wow, we’re jealous! On the Jeopardy! site he said his favorite moments was, “The first category on my first day was GEORGE CLOONEY MOVIES, and I ran that category, so I got to run a category my first taping of Jeopardy!”
