School Lunch Debt
Many children who cannot afford to bring lunch to school will rely on school lunches. However, many times there are children who cannot even afford school lunches, and will be held accountable for the food, reaching a point of “lunch debt.” While many schools have adopted free lunch policies, most non-Americans are flabbergasted at the idea of a child being in “lunch debt.”

A lot of non-Americans are confused by the fact that while there are many political parties in the United States, only the Democratic and Republican parties can win major elections, namely for President. It seems strange that if you prefer a candidate that is a member of another party, you are essentially losing your vote.
