Grading System
In most American high schools and colleges, grades are calculated and then averaged by the Grade Point Average (GPA) system. Meanwhile, in many other countries, grades are calculated out of 100, instead of a weighted point system like GPA.

While fast food and unhealthy snacks are available worldwide, most countries are not facing the obesity epidemic like the United States is. Many non-Americans cannot understand why unhealthy food is so cheap while healthy food is wildly expensive. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables is not as common in the United States as it is in many other countries.
