Okay, we should be more specific here. It’s not a good idea to sleep with tight fitting underwear, or pajamas for that matter, the reason being that it allows for moisture to build up in areas that you really don’t want that to happen. Bacteria and yeast can easily grow in moist areas, and so it’s best to sleep in loose fitting clothing or none at all. Just make sure you clean your sheets enough.

Soaking Dishes

While you might think that you’re doing yourself a favor by soaking your dishes in the sink, you’re actually providing bacteria with a perfect environment to grow. Instead, try to get into the habit of washing your dishes as soon as possible without allowing them to accumulate in the sink. That way, leftover food and debris won’t get caked on and make things harder for you to clean. Also make sure to clean your sink in order to prevent bacteria from growing there as well.
