When Karl began to explain to her why he was upset, she responded by rolling her eyes at him. The misleading sign and her bad attitude were the final straw for him. He tried to tell her off, but she told him to leave before he had a chance to do it.

Feeling frustrated, Karl decided to speak to the manager. The cashier then yelled back towards the kitchen for the manager to come out. The woman came out a few minutes later and said that he was holding up the line behind him.
